Precautions for operation of ultra-thin film blowing machine:
1. Do not start the extruder and rotating die without heating the equipment, or if the heating temperature and time do not meet the design requirements, otherwise the equipment may be damaged.
2. When unpacking raw materials, it is necessary to check if there is any wet material. Wet materials must not be mixed and must be dried in the drying room before use.
3. When clearing the die head and die mouth, only copper sheets can be used to clean the die mouth, and it is not allowed to scrape the die mouth with a shovel or iron sheet, otherwise damage to the die mouth may occur.
4. The guide roller of the plastic ultra-thin film blowing machine, including the rubber roller and the winding roller, should not be cut with a blade, otherwise it will form scratches on the guide roller.
5. The filter screen and corona disposal machine of the extruder need to be regularly changed for filtration and clearing. Ordinary requests require changing the filter screen and cleaning the silicone roller of the corona disposal machine with alcohol within 24 to 48 hours. The specifications of the filter screen are: two layers of 80 mesh, one layer of 100 mesh, and three layers of filter screen.
6. The guide roller of the corona disposal machine should not be turned on without moving the film. Once the film is cut off or stopped, the corona disposal machine should be urgently turned off to prevent it from burning out.
7. Thin films that have not undergone corona treatment or have not reached 38 dynes or more shall not be put into waste, as this may cause serious accidents in composite quality.
